Return Policy
Sometimes swimwear just doesn't work out and that’s why you have 7 days from receiving your suit(s) to send your unused swimsuit back for a return or exchange*. Once I have received your suit, I will confirm it has not been used. For hygienic reasons I must reserve the right to refuse a refund on used swimwear or if the product appears to be damaged. If item is found to be used or damaged it will be shipped back and no refunds will be issued.
Exchanges
Exchange suit for a new style on my website and send back unwanted suit for the exchange with a note mentioning the new suit you want. Include the style and size you would like.
Sales and Custom Suits
*All sale items and customized suits are final sale. Sales include coupon codes. Any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort may only be exchanged. These orders may also be altered, if needed.
Restocking
Please include your full name or order number in the package with the returned suit. There is a $5 restocking fee per order for all returns. Your refund will be processed right away.
